I'm not sure how to fill out this report with the tabs on there. Could you explain how to manage the tabs? The tabs are used to display sections of the forms separately to display less data than showing the entire long form all on one webpage. However, all of the fields in all of the tabs still make up a single form. Simple select each tab in turn, and fill out the information you know. After you have filled out all of the data in all of the tabs, click the submit button at the bottom of the form (below all of the tabs) and the information from all of the tabs will be submitted at one time. Should you miss a tab, an error message will direct you to the correct tab, if there is a required field in there. So don't worry if you submitted the form before filling out all of the tabs. The system won't let you send your form without the required fields. |

Do I need a Login to submit an Accident Report? No, you do not need to login to submit an incident report. You can simply access the incident report forms under the Accident Reports page, and edit and submit your report. |

Will I be able to access my report once I submit it? No, once you have submitted your Accident report, you can no longer edit it. Please make sure you have completed it as completely and accurately as possible before you submit it. You will receive error messages if you haven't completed the required fields. |
